Kaizen's management concept has become more and more popular in the business environment and allows to solve one of the main problems on the way of improving the profitability of production - the issue of labor productivity and cost reduction. It is not an easy thing to master the principles of this "lean" approach. But thanks to the support of Kaizen Institute of Ukraine and Kaizen Club in Ukraine, as well as the graduates of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the entrepreneurs from Chernihiv region were able to take the experience from firsthands.
